St. Luke's Woodlands Hospital - Wound Care Clinic

Project Details:

This tenant build-out included 6 exam rooms, 2 treatment rooms, hyperbaric chamber room, lobby, and supporting service spaces totaling 4,000 SF. The project included two monoplace hyperbaric oxygen chamber systems with supporting oxygen tank pad. Significant Cost savings or efficiencies from our firm's participation:

Planning of the chamber delivery path and installation timing was done with precision as there was little room for error.

Construction mobilization was sensitive as the project was located in an already occupied medical office building with no service entry.

The oxygen supply tank installation was planned with very little disruption to the campus traffic flow.

Engagement:

Milestone was engaged as the Owner's Representative/Project Management firm on behalf of St. Luke's Episcopal Health System. MPM oversaw the construction process through the occupancy of the project.
