Entry Canopy at St. Luke's Woodlands Hospital

Project Details:

As the St. Luke's The Woodlands Hospital grew from 86 beds in 2003, to over 190 beds in 2012, the demands on the entry drive and access to the adjacent parking garage demanded that new vehicular campus circulation was design and constructed to serve the current and future needs of St. Luke's The Woodlands Hospital's 50 acre medical center.

Along with new roads and parking, St. Luke's constructed a new Entry Canopy. This structure provides a "sense of place and arrival" with its signature water feature and three lane patient/visitor disembarkation platform.

Further, enhancements were made to the traffic circle, campus wayfinding and healing meadows to join the existing landscaping, tree of life and event amphitheater.
