St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital - Center for Liver Disease Expansion

Project Details:

St. Luke's Center for Liver Disease was a buildout and renovation of 25,000SF of MOB Space in the Baylor Clinic Building. Previously in four separate locations; the partnership between SLEH and BCM brought together the various components of Liver Transplant and Hepatology into one cohesive treatment space. The new space has 20 exam rooms, a break room, faculty and administrative office space, public waiting area, blood draw, and a procedure room. The exam pods feature the modular, wall hung Herman Miller Compass furniture System in lieu of millwork cabinetry.

Engagement:

Milestone was engaged as the Owner's Representative/Project Management firm on behalf of St. Luke's Episcopal Health System. MPM oversaw the construction process through the occupancy of the project.
