Noble Energy, Inc: Noble Energy Center 1 & 2

Project Details:

Noble Energy selected Milestone Project Management to coordinate the 1,000,000 sf tenant interior design and construction process for both buildings of their new global headquarters project. The Client tapped the firm because of their proven track record of effectively managing large project teams and advocating the Owner’s interests through out the development process. Milestone’s involvement will also ensure the project is completed within the compressed schedule, while achieving the operational efficiencies and collaborative working environment required by the Client.

Noble Energy’s new home will include on-site food services, an employee health club, signature dining facility, and improved technology infrastructure. Under new USGBC guidelines, renovations to the existing building as well as the interior build out are expected to achieve LEED Certification for New Construction. The look and feel of the refreshed interiors will emulate the Client’s pioneering spirit and foster greater teamwork and innovation.

The Owner will move employees into the facility by summer 2013. Planning is already underway on Noble Energy Center 2, with an expected opening of 2015. The campus masterplan will give our Client greater flexibility to manage corporate growth.

Engagement:

Milestone was engaged as the Owner's Representative / Project Manager on behalf of Noble Energy. MPM oversaw the design, contractor selection, team assembly process, construction, furniture buyout, information technology planning, and occupancy coordination through to the occupancy of the project.
