Project Details:

M.D. Anderson Cancer Care Center at St.Luke's Sugar Land Hospital consists of the build-out of two floors of existing shell space within an existing medical office building. The first floor houses two linear accelerator vaults and one high dose rate vault added onto the east side of the MOB. The 33,000 SF build out includes areas for radiation, medical, and surgical oncology, as well as ancillary and support space for other functions such as hospitality and conferences rooms.

Engagement:

Milestone was engaged as the Owner's Representative / Project Management firm on behalf of St. Luke's Episcopal Health System. MPM oversaw the completion of the project documents, facilitated a GMP contract with the general contractor, and managed the design/construction process through the occupancy of the project.
