Lamar Orange

Project Details:

The project encompasses construction of a new two story 31,195 sf multi-purpose building on the east end of campus. The new building was designed to replicate the shape and materials used in the nearby Nursing Building and balance the campus on the east end. The building will consist of seven classrooms, administration suite with offices and multi-purpose event space of roughly 7,800 sf in size that can be divided into three equal spaces. Adjacent to the event space is a warming kitchen that will provide outside food vendors adequate space and equipment to cater events. Site development included closing two streets to allow pedestrian-friendly access to between buildings.
