Jetco Delivery

Project Details:

In an effort to expand, Jetco is moving its corporate operations from a 6.32 acre site in east Houston to a newly acquired 20 acre site located just west of Highway 59 on Aldine Bender in northeast Houston. The new site will include a 10,000 sf corporate office building; a 10,000 sf shop building; a 1,700 sf fuel building; a 9,200 sf warehouse; and a driver's lounge complete with exercise area, TV area, computer area, and showers.

"Established in 1976 with just two trucks, Jetco Delivery has grown into one of the Gulf Coast's top diversified carriers with more than 100 trucks and 250 trailers. 'We have a very diverse customer base including manufacturers, distributors and freight forwarders,' President Brian Fielkow says.

The remaining 5 acres of the site will serve as a storage and trucking yard for Jetco clients and the company's four service divisions. Construction of the new corporate office building and shop building, and remodeling of the existing fuel building and warehouse began in August 2014 with Pinnacle Construction Industries, Inc. as the general contractor and Milestone Project Management as project manager and owner's representative. Move in is scheduled for the end of April 2015.
